I’ve led and designed product and service experiences for millions of users across diverse industries, with a focus on emerging technology that solves real problems. My expertise spans UX, product, and service design with human-centered approaches and measurable impact. As a design leader, I’ve scaled teams to 18+ members across UX, UI, creative, content, and research while staying hands-on when needed.
I helped pioneer mobile banking for 33+ million Bank of America customers, revitalized Hotwire’s $1+ billion travel platform at Expedia Group, and led design for One Medical’s industry-leading multi-modal healthcare experience—growing from 8 to 30+ US markets with membership doubling during my tenure, later scaling as Amazon’s core healthcare offering Amazon One Medical.
